Being a manager for this location while building it i am ashamed at the quality of food being sent out to customera and when I have called about complaints I'm being told RM would call me next business day, but never heard anything. Went in today to show photos and discuss this matter and the manager on duty on food side was very rude and disrespectful 😤.. this is NOT the 1st time I've had complaints about my food. Handing out cold tornados ciabatta rolls that are horrible. This place has gone downhill and FAST! young people and older stafd who'd rather have conversations instead of paying attention to orders. Highly unacceptable

Best mini truck stop, lots of choices. They have many food choices, and about 75 free truck spots. They also have FRIED PICKLES!! 😱 Awesome employees, quite parking lot.

Last summer I came here and after walking my dog I found about 20 ticks on him!!! Today it was only 40° so I thought we would be good but I still found a couple after our walk. Better than last time but watch out if u come with ur dog in the warmer months!

I’m so glad I came here. The cleanliness inside, outside,and the friendly employees were my first impressions.
Being my first time here,and navigating around the store in a new environment was easy. I had a couple of questions about the food, and was impressed with the friendliness and the employees knowledge of the menu. I was also treated the same way at the register. I also received my Rutter’s rewards card when I checked out.
I will certainly be making frequent stops in the future.
For Truckers, there seems to be plenty of parking. There’s also lots of choices for hot and cold meals. There are no showers at this time. I hope they get added in the near future. The showers added and existing positive points would make this a hard truck stop to pass up. Come to Bedford instead of Breezewood, no paying for parking or pot holes here at Rutter’s

Awesome place and the food is super awesome I will be visiting again and again. To all my fellow truck drivers this is a good place to park and get your belly full and rest it’s not that many truck stops over this way that’s free and awesome so please drivers don’t mess it up for other drivers they have trash cans for y’all to dump your trash and piss bottles it’s no reason to trash the place. But all in all awesome place and again the food is freaking delicious try it out.

No showers, no washing machine, no running hot water from any of their mens bathroom faucets. No access to a sink that has hot running water (Can't brush your teeth or shave, etc). Does have a sizable truck parking lot. Has a food type area and a decent sized grocery area too.

Awesome place to stop for the night. Plenty of parking. The food is amazing. Had to wait cause a bus full of kids ordered as was coming in, but employees handle it like champs. There are plenty of fuel pumps for big trucks.
