This is strictly on this particular delivery driver. Was sitting at Rutters in Dillsburg on RT 15 eating breakfast. Heard a couple air horn honks and thought it was from traffic behind me. As it turns out it was a delivery driver in front of me, honking at a customer to move his vehicle which was parked in front of him. He honked a few times with his air horn and then made some gestures to a rutters employee who was sweeping in the parking lot that the man parked in front of him was dumb or something. The man in the truck then put his vehicle in reverse and waved to the driver as if to say he was sorry. As the man pulled past the truck, the driver continued to berate the man verbally for I guess being in his way? Mind you this is and old man parked in a spot who was there before the truck pulled in. The truck then pulled forward and reversed to basically where he started at parked in the no parking zone directly blocking the entrance on the side of the building. The driver then got out and got his dolly out with wheels and I guess unloaded. Another gentleman who I later spoke with and found to be a rutters employee took photos of the plate of the truck to report the rude and disrespectful driver. He and ai shared the view that the old man did not deserve the way he was treated by an able bodied much younger man so that he could be as close to the door as possible. I called the company myself and spoke with Doug Morris who is head of operations. Doug assured me after listening to my complaint that he would speak with the driver and deal with the problem issue. I thanked Doug for his help and would give the way he dealt with the situation a 5 star review. The driver however was rude and obnoxious to an elderly man who had every right to be where he was parked and that deserves a 0 star! Do better and show some respect to people. You’re not special and don’t get to park where you want to make your job easier!

Got here at 7:30am. Live unload appointment for 8:00am. Hit buzzer to man door, someone will come to door and tell you which dock to go to and sign your paperwork. Had to borrow their bolt cutters, then just put them in the back of your trailer along with the bolt seal. Go to your dock and chock wheel. Green light, red light, then green light. Unloaded in half an hour. Left by 8:10am. Receiving hours say Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm and Saturdays are by appointment only.

Forgot to take pictures. Easy entry easy exit. One way traffic. I had a Saturday delivery 10 am. Don't get worried if you don't see anyone there, they have people scheduled to come in at specific delivery times. Also there is phone numbers for your unloaders on the door if you really need.to get them up there. I was told they generally have no issue coming in earlier if you arrive early. I arrived at 5 am and the gentleman told me I should have called instead of waiting till 10. Now you know. There is enough room to park if you arrive late at night. Try to be courteous and not block the docks or vehicles because that could easily ruin a good thing. I parked in a dock with a green light because it was clear to me that no one was going to be around for a while. Zero issues. My appointment time still got unloaded earlier than 10. I was gone by 10. Also a very clean facility so don't go leaving stuff laying around. Nice people. Gladly deliver here again given the chance .
