A lot of parking space and room to park to the door.A lot of doors for loading and unloading.Check in was easy and fas , the security man was professional, in fact everyone was nice and professional. The two star rating was due to the fact that I was at the door for almost 6 hours. Very long time of loading. Had an appointment but it’s doesn’t matter.One facility at the street near the last doors.

This place is very easy showed up at 0100 for a 0500 appointment guards let us park in the trailer lot.. called us at 0540 for a door and was unloaded with paperwork in hand at 0630.. my only gripe is that no facilities for drivers to use bathroom except a port a John and it is below freezing outside.. other than that great place and friendly staff..

As a driver, I arrived at Clemens Food Group on time for my appointment at 3:00 p.m. and was assigned a dock right away — which started off well. However, the person in charge barely began the unloading process and then completely walked away from the job. If I hadn’t gone to ask what was happening with my load, I probably would’ve been stuck sleeping there.

They didn’t continue unloading until 7:30 p.m. It was clear the employee was just anxious to leave and didn’t communicate anything to the rest of the staff. The lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. This kind of disorganization should not happen.

So appreciative that they let me arrive 5 hours early for my drop and hook appointment. I would've been late if I had had to take a break and wait to come in. My trailer wasn't ready yet, but they had me drop my empty and hang out with the one that was being loaded. It was finished being loaded at my appt time, and they let me creep with it to the back lot to wait for my 7 hour break to finish. Thank you for working with my trucker eld needs!

Check in was easy and the young man was professional, in fact everyone was nice and professional. The two star rating was due to the fact that I was in the door for almost 6 hours. Thankfully they allowed me to stay on the property to get some sleep. I don't know about y'all, but I can't sleep when they're going in and out of my trailer or when I know they're not finished loading or unloading.

Very large parking lots for easy backing. No overnight parking. Great place to unload. Slightly slow but extremely friendly staff! The Guardshack was extremely helpful as they gave me a dock door, (2 actually) but just as I got to the doors, two yard jockeys dropped trailers in both doors. No one was in the receiving office, so I called the guardshack back and they gave me further instructions and sent someone to help me. It actually worked out better, as I was able to drop my loaded trailer, grab an empty and go!

Guard is fine,
but 5.5 hours to load…. No normal restroom for drivers ofcourse.
Only portable toilet….. as a meat company(and every company) this should be illegal. No possible washing your hands after using toilet. That’s a big shame!
