Went to purchases 2 Christmas wreaths. I was greeted immediately , and was asked if I needed any assistance. I asked the gentlemen if there were any wreaths with matching bows left ( I checked). He said that he would see if they had the ribbon in the back and he could make bows. I believe it’s the owner, sweetest lady, went in the back to see what ribbons she had left and created two beautiful bows for the empty wreaths !

I’ve continually purchased items from Granny’s Place because it’s family owned, and they’re the sweetest people.

Thank you! Merry Christmas!

My family and I visit often. The staff is always great and the ice cream is top tier!

We love that we can grab fruits and veggies, then grab some ice cream on the way!

We got this pretty citronella there.

The owner and staff always make it a pleasant trip.

I hate to give this review. But they had us waiting 30 minutes for 2 ice creams. There were 2 families in front of us when we go there and it took 20 minutes for their orders to come out. We watched 2 girls inside not making ice creams, but standing around and wiping down the freezers. It was a total lack of urgency and work ethic. I stopped for ice cream with my daughter and grand daughter around 4pm today August 10, 2024. We waited there were 2 families in front of us who had already ordered. We waited 20 minutes to order our 2 ice creams, and paid for them. Then 10 minutes later our ice creams were not out still. At this point I just wanted to leave and when I asked for a refund, one of the young girls said she was working in the store and the other girls couldn’t use the register. I asked for a refund again and she walked away shutting the glass on me and walking to the house to get someone else. He came out and asked how many ice creams I had ordered, and I told him 2 and I told him 30
Minutes for 2 ice creams is not acceptable even if there were 10 people in front of us. He couldn’t refund the money on the card and gave me cash back. No ice cream is worth that much waiting. Elsie’s in ludlow serve 50 groups in 30 minutes, Randal’s about the same. Mr cone serves us 4 ice creams in 5 minutes. Something is wrong here.

here is a letter to the owner, 30 days unanswered:
Hi Jody,
I may not pick up today.
It’s not just because there isn’t much variety week to week. it’s more of a quality issue. We have had corn with wriggling larva, squishy squash. we have had chard and kale that it is clear that it was not freshly cut. we really thought the produce would be fresher on your farm. it’s a shame that we have had to feed so much to our chickens.
I paid for the 2024 share, what should I do?
