Had the most amazing experience here for an international travel certificate endorsement, thanks to Dr. Ashley Slaviero, and thanks to Danyelle's exceptional knowledge of pet international travel rules, tremendous patience (multiple back-and-forth with our vet to correct information), kind guidance/advice, and prompt email responses. Danyelle made me feel like I'm the only one she's helping while I'm actually one of many at the same time. This is my best experience ever interacting with a governance agency and way beyond my expectation. Thanks so much to USDA Vet Services in Gainesville and all the friendly staff!

The staff is friendly, courteous, empathic and try to walk you through the process of getting a travel certificate for your pet. Danielle was awesome. She walked the extra mile to make the road smooth and efficient. I recommend her for a promotion. Thank you!

DO NOT put your trust in this branch.
I have never in my life received such horrible customer service.

We completed paperwork for travel 10 days ago, they failed to return it to us in time. One day before we travel, my husband got a hold of the branch in Austin, TX. At 4:55pm, an amazing lady was able to print off, endorse and sign our paperwork and FedEx OverNight it to us to allow us to travel.

We got the paperwork back in 12 hours from halfway across the country rather than OUR OWN state that still hasn’t returned our paperwork.

Very stressful for people needing to travel internationally. Do NOT rely on them. I am going to be complaining to everyone I possibly can to have them shut down. Horrible experience.

They do not reply to emails and they do not pick up the phone. Vet gave them the full 10 days to endorse a health certificate. It took them 8 days to finally endorse it and an additional day to ship it out. If you’re planning to travel with your pet prepare to be extremely stressed. Worst government department I’ve ever had to deal with.

The people here are very responsive and kind. All my email inquiries were answered quickly and professionally. We delivered our paperwork on Friday and they were kind enough to look through it and advise that there was one issue. Monday was a holiday, and by Tuesday the issue was resolved and our paperwork was mailed back to us, and we received it Wednesday. Many thanks to this office for their quick and excellent work!

These people were awesome today. We showed up, unannounced. looking for an approval for our cat's EU paperwork, and got it in a few minutes. Our vet left us in the lurch when they said they couldn't send the file electronically (as promised) and handed us messed up papers with a few days to go. We had them fix it and drove it to G'ville, where Michelle T and her colleagues saved us. We are so thankful to you all.

WORST customer service in my life I had to deal with. Drove 3 times, each drive is 4 hour drive for me because they NEVER EVER answer phone calls, emails, etc. The staff inside are completely disrespectful and racist, total discrimination. I already have contacted my attorney. This is such a disaster. My whole story with getting my dog's stamped certificate which I NEVER received it is just going through a nightmare. PLEASE CLOSE THAT PLACE PERMANENTLY IMMEDIATELY.

We received last minute military flights to Germany and almost had to tell our daughters that our cats weren’t going to be able to come with, even had multiple vets tell us that it would be impossible to bring them. They probably would have been right if it wasn’t for Dr. Crum and her staff! Thank you so much to these amazing people for making this trip with our fur babies possible! Forever grateful 🐈‍⬛ ♥️ 🐈‍⬛
