Aubuchons sales staff has always been extremely pleasant and helpful, both in Webster and Southbridge. I actually enjoy a visit because they never make you feel inadequate. I explain the problem and they help me figure out what it is I need to fix the problem. Thanks for being so pleasant.

I ordered a screen door online to pick up at this store. After waiting a week, I got an email that the door was ready to pick up. When I arrived, I was told that the door had been damaged but the manager was too busy to call me and let me know about it. I was told that the manger wasn’t in but he would be there in about an hour. So I made a trip in for nothing, and the person handling the refund didn’t know what he was doing so it took a long time and was very frustrating. I wish I could have gotten a refund on my gas and time when a simple phone call would have saved me both! I would love to give them zero stars!
