Great service!! Great price! I can't thank the Southbridge Tire crew enough for getting all the work done so fast on our car. These Massachusetts roads beat up vehicles so bad! I'll definitely be a return customer. Also highly recommend anyone that needs a good shop to have work done. Very happy customer and now a safe car for the family to get around in. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. Walk in the door and while being helped the employee proceeds to walk off and answer a phone call mid conversation. While bringing up concerns and asking for clarification on the new customer paperwork the employee says “If it’s too much of a hassle then you can go somewhere else.” Immediately crumbled up the paperwork and walked out the door.

I’ve been a customer for 35 years and never had a problem. Always had timely delivery of my oil at a fairly competitive price. They changed out my furnace and oil tank and put in 2 different heat pump systems. All of which I am happy with and they cleaned up when they were done. I do hate my latest tires but it was my fault for not stressing ride was important.
