If coming in with a 53 ft truck, take Mechanic street. DO NOT TAKE SCHOOL STREET! Quick in and out, drop and hook. Guys were nice. To get out, go back to main street/route 12, make a right and you'll pick up i395.

No respect for your HOS be ready to waste your time in here … tight place but is doable.. no overnight parking. From Main Street make a left onto mechanic.. facility is straight ahead then once inside make a right to their docks… either you can back in blind or make u turn in a very narrow space.. once and last time here

Checked in at 9:40 Am for 10:00 AM appointment for pickup. It’s 3:40 PM and still waiting on the dock. Pack your lunch and dinner if you’re coming here for pickup. Be careful when turning to mechanics st from main st. It’s tight turn. Avoid this place if you can. Good luck

Spent there 6.5 hours at a door to be loaded. A day before, other driver from our company waited 4 hours to be loaded. Totally disorganized company that doesn't value other's time. P.S. truckers, turn from Main St. onto Mechanic st. The street is vary narrow so make a really wide turn. My advise, don't go there at all until they improve their service.

Purchased a foam mattress from Jeffco Fibres that became unusable within 4 years even though it was well taken care of and was slept on by 1 adult weighing less than 140lbs. It had a 20 year warranty that Jeffco refused to honor and blamed its condition on a well made platform bed. Horrible customer service (emails not responded to), horrible quality control (missing mattress overwrap) and refusal to back their products (warranty meant nothing). No wonder their website is vague and they are not members of any accredited services such as the Better Business Bureau. Stay away. Find a reputable company that you can actually contact and has quality control in place.

Receiving folks were very helpful and did a great job. Dock area is tight for long wheelbase trucks, but Ray (2nd Shift Yard Jockey) and another gentlemen went out of their way to assist. Both were helpful and courteous, and very much appreciated. Thank you!

Make sure you don’t forget to bring your food if you picking up a load here!. Maryooley to shakope needs 4-6 hrs load time.
Best direction from main st to mechanic!
