Stopped in with my family, ordered two of their Caesar salads and a chicken sandwich. My brother said the chicken sandwich was good, but both the salads had slimy and half-wilted chunks of romaine. When I pointed this out to the server (you can see how little we ate, just mostly the chicken), he said very reluctantly, “well… I can offer you a discount?” I accepted. When the bill came, we received a 10% military discount—less than the cost of one of the salads.
Fried pickles were great.

Not food related—restrooms were incredibly unclean.

Great space at a convenient location right in town. We stopped by with our little one just to grab a quick bite.

Everything was made to order (no stale cold fries etc). Servers were attentive and quick.

Only feedback was that the onion rings were more on the bready side, otherwise, fries and tater tots were great pairings for our meals

We stopped in two days before our wedding to celebrate in quiet. Cutter was great company, had some real fun stories, and was super easy to talk too!

The bar was clean, the food was great, and the music was good. Thanks for making us feel comfortable and like we were hanging with a friend!

That food was good. Must cost money for refills cause I ain’t got one yet.

Staff is pretty welcoming. They must pay $1 billion for the rent on this place so I understand the refill thing.

Great food, really good service and a nice selection of beer. Everything in Prescott closes early on Monday, but Brown Bag Brewery was open. Service was friendly and quick. My order had all kinds of add-ons and modifications, but they got it all perfect. Thank you for the amazing dinner!

My girlfriend and I are vegan and this place had an awesome vegan burger made from scratch that was delicious. We were able to catch the cardinal and get drinks and enjoy some great food. Our server was the bartender Cutter, he gave us exceptional service and definitely recommend coming in and asking for him if you are looking for great service and great food.

First time we've been in. We go to Prescott often we live in humboldt. They even gave us the local discount! The burger was Awesome, the salad option with it was just as good. The onion jam was not like anything I've ever tasted. Great friendly staff. The wait was a bit long for the food, but like I told our server , GOOD FOOD takes time. We'll definitely be back and will recommend to friends

I used to love Brown Bag, back when it was a tiny diner in a shopping complex. Burgers were great, service was great, all good, prices weren't too bad. My kids loved eating there.

However, since this establishment has moved downtown, its changed quite a bit and not for the better. My family and I have gone twice since the move and both times were a miserable experience. Long wait times coupled with poor service from the servers do not make a customer happy. Not to mention the burgers are not as good as they used to be, sadly. And when I say long wait time, I mean, 1.5 hrs waiting for order to come...with no drink refills and a server who couldn't be bothered to check in on us. The first time, we thought, oh growing pains it'll get better, no it did not.

The second visit was worse than the first and there wasn't even the excuse of it being busy. After patiently waiting this time for 2 hrs, we got up and left. Clearly, this establishment does not value their customer's time or want their money. We won't be back.
