I can’t say enough good things about this company. I was gifted a little cheese making kit then looked to this company for recipes, how to info and more equipment. I washed one large mold in the dishwasher and it warped slightly and they we so wonderful and sent a replacement right away even although I wrote asking how to squish it back into shape (warping maybe my fault I think). I am now 7 cheddars in and looking to try more using their website to guide me.
The store sells great equipment - yes more expensive but also very very durable and the tutorials are spot on. What a great little company ❤️

This is the best customer service company out there!

Wow! I received my order with a pkg of citric acid that leaked and not salvageable and 2 liquids that leaked a bit but were salvageable. Sent an email to NECM on a Sunday and Monday ALL items were replaced at no charge. Totally impressed. They have great products and live up to their guarantee! Don’t look elsewhere for your cheese making supplies ! Thank you!!!!!

I Just made some feta and have re-reordered 3 more cheese molds

All product is reasonably priced, and good quality

Wow. Requiring proof of CVD Vacc. August 2022 in order to attend a workshop. Such nonsense. From the very beginning, it has been acknowledged that it does not stop any spread (it supposedly protected the user however that too is obviously a fallacy) so to violate the personal rights of others and discriminate in this way is abhorrent. I had a cart full of items to begin my cheesemaking journey but no thank you. I'll spend my money at a company that is not ignorant and discriminatory.

I feel bad about the product you sent me,
The Animal Renétt, and the yogurt crop that have instructions to keep refrigerated and frozen, received both regular box USPS without any cold packs inside to ensure my product arrives in good condition. It's ridiculous, when I try to make a simple fresh cheese I NEVER HAVE A curd! And guess why? Obviously ANIMAL RENER DIDN'T WORK!
Literally my money straight to the sink !!!

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY PRODUCTS ONLINE FROM YOU!!!!
