This company is the best cooler company in the U.S., bar none! The fact that they have a life-time warranty on their coolers and tumblers, and they are still cheaper than many of the other big name brands on the market, is quite a feat for us customers to enjoy.

We have bought 3 coolers from them, and we love how they fit perfectly in our RAV4 when we go camping, no weird edges that leave empty or weird spaces when we pack everything. The cooler also has a very sleek look to it, and blends great with the camp ground, especially when we go to Lake Powell. We have camped for 4 days and 3 nights at Lake Powell in the summer with our 55 quart Canyon Cooler. It was about in the high 90's at Lone Rock, and we had about 1/4 of ice left in our Canyon Cooler by the time we left, which unfortunately was early for us due to me dislocating my shoulder.

We also have bought their tumblers, and during our move this year, we had some liquids get on the tumblers and stain them. I sent an email to Canyon Cooler, just inquiring about how I could go about to restore the tumblers. I was very surprised and happy in Jessica's timely response telling me they would mail us 2 new tumblers instead. WOW! Talk about next level customer service and being true to their warranty. Now that's something you basically won't get from a lot of companies out there. My wife and I are now dedicated life-long Canyon Cooler customers for sure.

Also, did I mention their tumblers are great for drinking a Historic Brewing Company beer in. Although, it is tricky trying to pour a beer in stainless steel without it bubbling like a mother F* ha. Maybe you someone could design at Canyon Cooler can design a small funnel to help with this? Their recent limited edition Historic Brewing Company soft shell Canyon Cooler is definitely our favorite one right now to use and looks great with my Raiders gear!

Got a cooler and a tumbler from here, love them both! Cooler fits perfectly in my back seat as I had hoped. Everything is high quality, no complaints!

I have two canyon coolers for mountain/desert camping adventures, weekend car trips, rafting, and backyard parties. These things are so worth the money; yeti and rtic are the same price but the lifetime absolutely anything warranty from Canyon seals the deal to make these the best cooler purchase out there. Thanks to the Flagstaff team for designing and standing by legit outdoor gear! Much love from Utah.

I've been trying to purchase a canyon cooler in the color blue for over a year now. I couldn't find them in stock anywhere so I reached out to customer service and was told they would be available spring of '23, which was an incredibly long time to wait. I waited- none ever became available that I'm aware of. I emailed again, now I'm told there will be no more Havasu blue, but maybe another shade of blue "in the coming months". I wanted to support a local company but I give up. Took a week to even get a response. Starting to wonder if anyone even works there.

Stopped by with my Canyon Pro 45 to address a drain plug issue. My plug was super tight and wouldn’t release without a pair of channel locks.

The manager came out to see me and replaced the drain plug free of charge. He lubed it up with some Vaseline and sent me on my way. Works perfectly now. Thanks Canyon!

Stop!
I have now own a canyon prospector 103 for 3 years. I have owned a non sealing prospector cooler for 3 years. Why? Because of the horrible customer service! The hinge is bent on said cooler, has been from day one.
I have sent multiple emails and photos of this problem only to be ignored. Lifetime warranty? What warranty?
The design of the hinge is poor, they know it and will do nothing for an upgrade or repair.
I dare for you to respond Canyon Coolers!

First off my canyon cooler(outfitter 75) has been worth every penny. I buy only two bags of ice to keep all my drinks nice and cold for a 3 day camping trip and still dump a fair amount of ice out when back home. I noticed over the last use of my cooler that the plug would leak a few drops a day no matter how much it was tightened. I gave Canyon coolers a call and explained the problem and no questions asked, literally 3 days later I had a new and improved plug in the mail and they even tossed in a koozy! If your contemplating spending your hard earned money on a big boy cooler don't hesitate to go with a canyon cooler. A++ product & customer support!
