As with any business, it's the people that really make it special. The shopkeeper is beyond helpful to her customers. If you need chicken help, she has the answers! She helped us when I found out my rescued hens had poultry lice. She knew exactly what to do and sold me the medicine they needed. It worked like magic, and my hens were visibly relieved, which made us all very happy! Not only that, but she has also lovingly rescued many chickens over the years.

As for the shop itself, they have everything you need for happy farm animals! Plus, they have the cutest, locally made, hand-made gifts! There's bird seed of every kind, bird feeders galore, chicken feed, chicken health supplies, horse feed, goat feed, sheep feed, treats for dogs and cats, things for small animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs, etc.

The gifts include keychains, stickers, crocheted animals, cards, soaps, lotions, accessories, etc.

Whether you have a little farm, are a bird watcher, or are just shopping for a gift, this is the place to go! They also do fun raffles and have a customer rewards program. They are also very reasonably priced and you can feel good about getting your animal feed here regularly 🙂

My new favorite store, but for dog reasons! Gretchen was amazing the first day I walked in. She brought up how she can get me any dog food I could think of. Luckily I was out of food, so right then and there I ordered it from her because I knew she was trustworthy. She told me she could get an amazing price for me, and did, which means she has won me over for forever. If I ever get chickens though she'll definitely be my call too 😂 Funniest little nicknacks and signs throughout the store too. High recommend, shopping local is the best!!

I can’t say enough good things about Futzy Farm! Obviously first and foremost there’s the owner Gretchen! Knowledgeable and kind. The selection of gifts (for others or yourself!) is fantastic. Oh and I get my farm supplies too! Very reasonably priced.
