One of my fav asian supermarket in Boston that sell mostly southern Asian related stuffs. I love the halal cafe inside, since they offer plenty options of goods food and snacks. I'm a regular customer, coming weekly for groceries and foods.

Wide variety of items. Very large store, worth a visit. Cooked prepared food available (veg and non-veg), large drinks and specialty products section - reasonably priced. Noodles and veggie dishes are good in the prepared foods section. Large butchery. Mixed experience interacting with staff. Urmi is a good recent addition to food staff. Always helpful, attentive, and polite.

I can’t even start by saying how filthy the vegetable sections were! It was stinking! First of all, they have a cat! I get it but I saw with my own eyes cat peeing inside the vegetable bin with raw vegetables in it!!!
Second, we had spent almost 600$ worth of groceries and cafe food together. And among 90% of the frozen food were EXPIRED! I repeat EXPIRED from back in 2023!!! They should be investigated by the FDA and food safety.
Third, the cafe food sucks! Not the taste of it but the quality and freshness. I have two toddlers and both of them including us got diarrhea after eating food from their cafe!
Last, their service was okay, not bad. However, never would I ever will go to their store. And I recommend people who likes to eat fresh food to not go there.

Foodland Halal Market is my favorite place to eat and shop. The food is seasoned and cooked to level of perfection and the staff are really nice and friendly. Specially the girl URMI, she is so nice and always smile to people. Greetings to all who work in this place👏🫶❤️

I brought snacks today 3 boxes of nimkin (Indian snacks) i open a box to eat but the smells funny and tried one taste is omg its awful …. See the date its fine the product gone bad …N tried to return it they only took 2 box back they didn’t take open box and didn’t apologize to …i mean how could they do service like that? I have been their loyal customers for long time but this is very disappointing…..

This is a gem! We had such a terrible experience buying halal meat at Sayar, but this place was well organized, respectful and reasonably priced. Everyone from the butchers to cashiers were welcoming and seemed to really care about their customers, highly recommended!

I just wanted to grab some food at Foodland, but when I saw a cat next to the food serving area, my heart sank. It's so unhealthy to have a cat roaming around where food is being served. With so many people getting sick during COVID and flu season, I can't imagine how having a cat near the food is a good idea. A few months ago, I experienced the same thing at the store when I saw a bird running around on top of the roof in the food area. This lack of hygiene is really concerning. They need to take better care of this place. This is just my opinion, but I don't know what you guys think. I could be mistaken.

I visited to this store today I’m extremely disappointed with the service. The cashier (black coat, glasses) made me wait for very long time while he ignored customers, wandering to the kitchen and chatting with a staff member instead of doing his job. When I shared this with my friend, they immediately knew who I was talking about because they’ve had the same terrible experience with this cashier. My friend told me they’ve stopped shopping here because of this and recommended another halal store.

This is unacceptable. Keeping an employee like this will only drive away more customers. His behavior shows that he’s unfit for this role, and I strongly urge management to take immediate action, including terminating him if necessary, to protect the store’s reputation and customer base.
While I think your store has good food, bad service ruins the experience. If I see this cashier or anyone else behaving like this again—ignoring customers and wasting time—I will leave and take my business to another halal store. I cannot recommend this place to anyone until the service improves.
