I purchased the garlic Parmesan chicken wings and they were terrible it was seasoned with pepper no Parmesan or garlic had to throw them away.

We pick up 6-8 shipments from Gourmet Specialty Foods every week and appreciate that they took their previously mentioned long loading times seriously. Drivers are now released within 3 hours of their appointment times because they have staggered the loading schedule instead of a first come first served basis.

They have moved to 100 Willow Street North Andover, MA. If you arrive before they open don't park off to the side and wait to be assigned a door. Because other inconsiderate drivers will back into those doors and cut the line in front of you.

Hurry up to wait. Appointment to load at 11am. Guy comes out says it would be 3pm till product ready. Then comes out at 4pm says going to be another hour but hey you can back in to that door. NO YOU WASTED ENOUGH OF MY TIME I AM LEAVING FIND SOMEONE ELSE. NEVER AGAIN .

Be aware long long wait appointment time was at 4:00pm now it’s 9:30 and still waiting very very slow excuse was that The product is not ready been waiting on paper work for more than a hour I guess the start making the product and the raw paper when the driver arrives to the facility very rude employee !!!!
