The lentil soup was AMAZING! we had the chicken wrap. I had mine with cilantro/mint sauce. My husband had it as is. We both thought it was delicious. My son had a caesar wrap, he liked it a lit. My other son had a Boston BBQ sandwich. He said it was "pretty good", but he really enjoyed the chicken and rice dinner. We will definitely order again!

One of the reasons I like this neighborhood more since moving here is because I found my go-to place. I often pick up food by myself, but if my friends don’t know this place, I always make sure they order from here. It’s perfect for a picnic menu too. Sam is always kind and makes incredibly delicious food. All my friends who have tried True Food give it a thumbs up. I think it’s the best restaurant in Watertown! Such high quality at a reasonable price💚. Take care in the heat, and thank you always for the delicious food.

P.S- If the business hours were extended into the evening, my husband and I would probably come more often. My husband always wants to eat from here after he gets off work in the evening. 😂💚 Since it’s only open in the morning, we always have to keep the time in mind when ordering!

Ordered online for pickup, it was done quickly. I left a note to remove tomato and onion since I don’t like them and they made sure to read it :)!

This place gets 3 stars because the owner is a nice guy and the panini was really good, the bread was a good compliment to the flavors. Got the rices and chicken and the rice was complete mush. The chicken has to much spice to the point it taste gritty. It was not enjoyable and we ended up not having dinner that night because we had to throw them out. Maybe we just caught them on a bad night. I will stick to the sandwiches here, they are really the star of this place.

A fantastic lunch spot in Watertown. We have ordered several items from the menu and loved every one of them. The meat is juicy (dark meat is used). Every sandwich has tons of unique and delicious flavors. Some favorite menu items include the Sonia Panini, Boston BBQ Panini, and Halal Gourmet Chicken Burger.

This place is a hidden gem, it is my FAVORITE food spot on Main St., everything I've tried has been absolutely mouth-watering. You can really tell that each sandwich is crafted with love and care. My favorite so far has been the Sonia Panini - such a delicious marriage of unique flavors! The marinated chicken is so juicy and flavorful, the veg is fresh and balances out the flavors, generous amount of melted cheese, and the zippy cilantro chutney adds the perfect kick to even it all out. There are lenty of vegetarian options on the menu as well. The atmosphere inside is warm and welcoming, as is the owner 🙂 10/10 definitely try this place out, you'll be coming back for more!!

What a great little find! As soon as I walked in I was greeted exuberantly by a man with a giant smile on his face, his name is Sam and he's awesome! I thoroughly enjoyed the spicy chicken and rice with salad. The chicken was super tender and flavorful and it wasn't overly spicy hot. The rice and salad were also very yummy. The price for the amount of food that I was given is not common these days. Thank you so much Sam! I will definitely be back
