This butcher shop processed a quarter cow that I purchased from a local farmer. They did an outstanding job butchering the meat. The hamburger and the sausages are delicious. The so-called beef jerky is like raw bacon with added fat, not dehydrated, not smoked thoroughly. Some of the more done pictures are after I put it in my ninja dehydrator for 3 hours. I called the place to give them my feedback and they did not want to hear it from me. So that's why I'm posting it on here for everybody to know. They use hamburger with extra fat and they don't dehydrated long enough is my point. They should use eye of round lean cuts and put it in the smoker, but they do not want to hear customer feedback.

Convenient after hours drop off. I actually dropped off a deer today, 12-18-24, in the afternoon. The friendly staff took my information, my cuts order. They called me back at 4:20pm. Said my cuts were ready! So fast!

They do an outstanding job with our 1/4 beef from a local farm. Store is great, we also find treats to bring home with us. Great place! Friendly staff and our meat is always cut to perfection. They do a great job. Love all the variety of “Wisconsin” items you can purchase here. Definitely a must stop.

Always super friendly place my family has been coming here for generations. Anything from brats to hams it's is all good. They also do deer processing and it's fast and good prices.

Just had my venison ring bologna for the first time. Mark definitely knocked it out of the park .best ring bologna I've ever had. My sausage and sticks are fantastic also. Nice job.
