A high quality and affordable poultry and meat shop that my uncle frequents for the last few years. Prices are decent, it is reasonably clean and there is a really good selection of poultry. They have chicken (guinea hen, red, gray, white), ducks, quail, pigeon, fowl etc. rabbit, goat, lamb, veal etc.

Pre-ordering makes the service much quicker and is recommended.

They also accept EBT and food stamps.

The staff are friendly, the live stock is fresh in addition to the live poultry. The prices are based on weight. I am not sure about the goats. I have NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT NOR BAD EXPERIENCE THERE.

Lots of stuff, bought 2 huge ducks and 2 guinea hens today. Service pretty good here, unfortunately prices on all live poultry are up. It's not just here, it's everywhere. Definitely recommend if you live close by. Have nice goats here too.

They will rip you. They overprice and steal your meat and when you complain they disrespect you, very BAD customer service. When you buy a full goat they will steal your meat! How can a goat loose close to 30lbs of its weight after you slaughter and kill it? I will give them ZERO stars if that was an option. Heard from people and sadly it happened to me! They also have different prices one second it’s one price then minutes later it’s another price.

After 6 years living in USA, finally I have found the place that sells live poultry (no one told me before). The chicken here is fresher and tastier than any chicken from any grocery stores (including Whole Foods, Costco, ...). It is so good that you just have to boil it.

My visit to Salahi live poultry was not bad at all. It was great and excellent. Their customer service was uncomparable. I will love to go back there for shopping again. In addition, I will recommend their store to a lot of my friends.

Great place to buy fresh meat. I was surprised when I got home, i didn't have to clean the chicken as much. Definitely recommend.

I do not have a nice experience with this meat shop. If you check their chicken, most times you'll find lots of fat in them, even more than what you have in regular soft chicken available on the streets. -American' stores. I wonder why, since people come here hoping to find healthy hard chicken compared with what's common in Africa. By the way, this might not be only their fault. I just don't like folks playing smart in what hey feed their poultry.
