I had a fantastic experience at Publik Draft House. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The service was outstanding, our servers were incredibly friendly, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I ordered the burger but substituted it with chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The wedge salad was also a standout as it was fresh, crisp, and flavorful. On top of that, the service was impressively quick. Overall, Publik Draft House delivered on all fronts great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place has very "local" vibes. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and fast. The food was good and the drinks were great! It was so chill. I felt like I was at the neighborhood bar and not visiting from out of state. Highly recommend. I would absolutely go back.

Food was great too! The fries had a good flavor. Chicken wings meaty and cooked well. Trudy sandwich was good. Only thing didn’t love was the chili / it had rice in it which was odd.

Brian was my server and he was awesome! Food was great. I had the house burger and it was just enough. The two patties were thin and cooked just right. The Cajun fries were good, not spicy. Great ambience.

Never come here if you care about service and definitely dont come here if you're from a place like NYC. Iykyk. Was waiting to be seated and had to go look for the waiter he then seats me asks If I want a water and then proceeds to not ask anything else since I was ready to order. I then have to proceed to the bar to ask what wines they have available and the bartender proceeds to be "himself" and pass the menu. I then ask what tequila he has and he proceeds to act like I'm giving him a hassle. You are the bartender. I'm sorry I forgot I was in midtown and I'm supposed to accept this attitude from certain people who feel they are allowed to give off this attitude while in an establishment they work in. I proceed to order my drink and I did not tip due to his poor attitude, horribly made drink, and no actual customer service. He proceeds to approach me and ask for the reasoning for this and I notified him and it didn't seem like he was satisfied with my answer. In this world that we live in ESPECIALLY AMERICA, some people seem to be fully entitled to automatic gratuity when doing a garbage job and then HOUND the patron to find a different reason as to why they received no tip. THE DRINK IS PAID FOR. U GAVE GARBAGE ATTITUDE. Also, this late night menu burger was absurdly a whole joke fries were pretty decent. Also why yall phone don't work? Seemed like there was a HUGE SENSE OF MIDTOWN ENTITLEMENT of those who worked there.

Update since owner has given their response. You are great with words and ensuring your restaurant maintains their business and covering their employees. However this calm and respectful deamonor u speak of about your bartender is a joke. Your server was moving way too fast for me to even ask if I want a drink not just SOME WATER. So since he walked after taking my order what am I supposed to do as your server sticks me right at the front of the restaurant as a solo patron. Yeah I'm gonna nod off because no one is attending to me. Read my other reviews to see i give a fair shot to everyone. Secondly let me correct my statement to say not all New Yorkers are the same sweetie.

We enjoyed our dinner last night. Food was very quick to come out. Everything tasted great. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

Had lunch at the bar a few times. It’s quick and the food is delicious. Had the smash burger and chix pesto. Both were exceptional and the cesar is ‘real’. It’s also strangely comfortable for atl. You just want to stay all day. If Karli is working you may also get to see one of the best smiles in the city.
