Very nice lobby bar, located inside the Ritz Carlton. Went for drinks, and our bartender and service were superb. We did not order food, but from speaking to the other patrons, they recommended getting the burger. Not just an ordinary burger, as only the Ritz Carlton could deliver. Drinks, of 6 on the pricier side, but it is all top shelf with great service.

For a fancy place, kind of meh all around. Except the prices- those scream pricy.

Service, for being a smaller place with multiple services, was not great. We had to ask for cutlery when we got the food. Just a bit odd

I ordered the only think I felt was reasonably priced on the menu, the lemon pie, and when I asked about the missing beery sauce after all I got was "oh was there no sauce?"

You'd be better off at a sports bar. And here's the menu with prices along with my sauce less pie

I must mention the exceptional cocktails I had the pleasure of indulging in. Ayanna, the talented bartender, created an exquisite old fashioned that surpassed all expectations. It was a delightful surprise to discover that the Ritz has its own champagne selection. Ayanna's expertise in crafting beverages is truly remarkable. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Lumen to those seeking a refined and luxurious experience. The combination of top-notch drinks and impeccable service makes it an endeavor well worth undertaking.

I stopped in after the Falcons game for a drink and appies. Took a little bit to get served and each of us ordered crab cakes, a burger and pie. I had to ask for untensils as they were not brought out. Took awhile to get my 2nd drink. We were also brought our bills without being asked, thought that was odd, almost like he wanted us to leave. My friend's pie was missing the fruit sauce and when this was pointed out nothing was done about it. Not exactly the service or experience I would expect.

Perfect service. I was in Atlanta for a business training trip and the entire staff took excellent care of me. Kudos to Ryan and Celise. TRUE PROFESSIONALS!!!! Well done!

OMG!! The service was amazing. Beyond amazing. My son is only 6 going on 7. They asked him 8f he wanted soda lemonade, etc. He asked my apple juice. Then they came back and filled his glass again. He was in disbelief. When we left he said, "not only the place look fancy and rich, the people are too." I wanted to cry. This was one of my best experiences with my son. This great experience happened at Lumen and The Ritz Carlton.

Pathetic Tacos!! There's barely anything in these shells. This is one of the saddest meals I've ever had and they should be ashamed to serve this. I put two into one and it's still bad.
