If I could give them a zero I would. To start at the guard shack they talk to you like you never drove a truck a day before. They are very demanding can’t even ask for your drivers license they demand everything. Then you back into the dock and must go inside because they are too cheap to have dock locks or lights. Must sit on these uncomfortable benches versus being able to lay down in the truck 2+ hours to unload. Totally unacceptable! If you can avoid having to deliver here do so! Also they do provide tv but in Spanish only like the only language ppl speak is Spanish. Come on ppl stop coming to our country and crying so much because you don’t want to learn English to the point you are now forcing your language on us. Yes we all need to get along but don’t block the English Channels in the tv that’s just as much discrimination as if I did not offer Spanish options

The staff is very helpful. They came to meet me and unloaded ahead of time (it's my wife's birthday and I wanted to get home earlier!) Thank you very much for your understanding!!! In our difficult times, this is a very valuable quality!

Arrived 9:30 am for 10 am appointment. In dock and unloading started right away. Guard confirmed no overnight parking and checking in within 30 minutes of your appointment only. Closest truck stop 30 minutes away. Quite a few potholes but manageable. Super nice people and bathrooms available not portables yes!!!!

FYI for truck drivers: Management recently changed site policy and no longer allows overnight parking. Apparently their insurance carrier raised concerns about liability. The earliest they allow trucks onto the property now is 5am, one hour before Receiving opens at 6am. EDIT: Their policy has recently gotten even more restrictive due to noise complaints, and they now only allow deliveries on-site 15 minutes before the appointment time. They also don't want trucks stopping or idling anywhere along Goya Dr. or the adjoining Cudworth St., as the neighbors have taken to calling the cops on them. The only truck stops in the area are a half hour or more away, so plan your route accordingly.

Sadly, it's no longer possible to park overnight in the yard, or anywhere within "yard move" distance, apparently following numerous noise complaints from the neighborhood (goya even had to put up sound barriers around the whole yard); once again, a few inconsiderate "all-night-idlers" ruined it for the rest of us...still, friendly people at the guard shack, good service, decent unloading times...

Very quick unload done within the hour. The security guard takes your paperwork and y get assigned a dock at security and the same person brings y the paperwork when the warehouse is done. No fuss they just get it done.
