Echo Hill Orchards and Winery & Distillery was a great experience! They have some great drinks. My fiancé not a big wine person, so wasn’t the biggest fan of some of the wines, though I liked a good amount of the wines. The mixed drinks we both thought were amazing! They had a nice food truck there and many places to sit down and relax. I would definitely recommend taking a trip as a couple, group of friends or family’s. We did not make it in time to go into the farm though would love to go back and pick pumpkins, sunflowers and apples.

This place is a gem and has been for years. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl and now I take my little girls. It has become a family tradition for years. It is the perfect fall event. We love the apple/ sunflower picking fields. The winery and gift shop is great for holiday shopping if you’re hosting or even to give as gifts. The drinks are yummy with a large selection. It has grown larger in popularity over the years and therefor more crowded. No issues finding parking. The new wooden deck area is a beautiful addition. The family is so blessed to have such an amazing family business and what it’s grown into. Thank you Echo hill my family loves being apart of it. See you next year!

11.16.24 My 2nd visit here and once again, it was wonderful. There are many fun drinks to choose from, warm or cold. There are gifts you can purchase. Indoor/outdoor seating. Food truck. Plenty of parking. Homemade goodies. Fresh fruit. Spirits. Wine. Etc.
9.25.21 our 1st visit here and we loved it because the parking lot is big, the shopping area is spacious, the tasting room purchase area was well marked, and most importantly there's lots of outdoor seating. The Mac moonshine was fabulous as were the mixed drinks. We didn't find a wine favorite but enjoyed all the flights. They also had a food truck on the premises etc. Beautiful place for a date or a gathering with friends.

Quaint and fun, this place is great for a drink and to pick up some wine or moonshine. This place has so much potential to go from good to great. For starters, no pets? I’m sure it was a situation where one person ruined it, but still, I believe they could do a lot more with events if pets were allowed. Additionally, no bathrooms besides porta-potties? Huh? This one really puzzles me.
Finally, the fact you can’t bring in outside snacks is something I understand, but still annoys me. All this being said, I will continue to visit, knowing exactly what I’m getting into with each visit.

I saw a IG post of this spot and had to try it out. My husband, brother in law with his fiancé went up 2 Sundays ago and I’m glad we did! It was a great day! The list of their mixed drinks was huge and the ones we tried were all delicious! There is an small indoor area where you can order and outside there is a walk up as well. The seating is limited under tents but get there when they open and you’ll be fine! I did pick my own sunflowers in their field which was nice! They have a decent size gift shop area they sell their apparel, homemade moonshine, wine, donuts and much more. There were 2 food trucks for the day as well. All the staff were very friendly! We will definitely be back soon! They do have apple, peach, pear and pumpkin picking as long as their growing season goes well! We wish we had a spot like this in CT we’d be regulars for sure! Take a trip up to Echo Hill you will not be disappointed!

What a great place! Visited today for the first time with our family and it was such a nice experience! Large selection of apples to pick and my son picked a couple of pumpkins out of the patch. I was told that this an awesome spot to pick sunflowers. I figured that at this time of year most of them would be past bloom but I was wrong! What a beautiful sight! Tons and tons of beautiful sunflowers beneath a gorgeous blue sky! We went into the store and got some delicious cider and some of the best cider donuts I've ever had! We also grabbed a tasty snack from one of the food trucks. Inside the store I was surprised to see such a cool selection of different moonshine, whiskey and wine that they make! The packaging for the bottles was very nice and would make a great gift! They also make their own candles and they had some cool shirts and other great things to buy once again a lot of great gift ideas! This place offers something for everyone in the family!
