Absolutely wonderful experience here earlier this week!
The space is genuinely beautiful and well-thought out. There was plenty of seating, and even though it was the middle of the lunch hour, it didn't feel cramped.
Staff was pleasant and friendly when taking my order.
And the food was delicious! Very much worth the price. I ordered the gourmet cheeseburger. It was larger sized and cooked perfectly; very juicy but still well-done. The French fries were definitely homemade and had a good amount of seasoning.
This is a perfect spot if you are looking for a non-chain breakfast or lunch option in the area. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to sit and enjoy breakfast or lunch. The crab cakes (not pictured) was flavorful and there were huge chunks of crab meat. The eggs Benedict and tomato bisque were delicious. Their latte specials are tasty too. Staff were friendly and speedy with service.

We came here on a Sunday morning and it was very busy, leading to limited parking options. However, there was plenty of indoor, porch, and shaded outdoor seating options. The food and coffee were both very good! The waitresses were busy, but still smiling and helpful. It is a great atmosphere and place to eat. Highly recommend!

Seen from the road, you might never guess at the delightful atmosphere both al fresco & inside the Esselon Cafe. A gem. We enjoyed lunch at an outdoor, shaded table for 5 of us. Fresh, delicious vituals expertly prepard and presented with simplicity.

Got an oat honey nut latte to go on the way to the airport on a Sunday morning. It was tasty although the milk was a bit over steamed IMO. The shop was pretty crowded inside, I think it is pretty popular. Outdoor seating seems nice when the weather gets a bit warmer. If I had the luggage space I would have tried their coffee beans, maybe next time. Nice decor BTW.

All the times I have passed by this café, I’ve never tried it until last week. We came on a Friday around noon and the place was packed! Parking was full so we did have to wait around a bit for a parking spot to be available. You order at the counter, where they give you a number to place on the table you sit at, and serve your food. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. It was such a beautiful day so the outside seating was full but only had to wait about 3-5 minutes for a table to become available. The outdoor area is was beautiful with all the greenery/ flowers. There were table options on a patio style area, as well as in the shade and in the grass. The service was great and speedy. The food and drinks were delicious too!

Has outside and inside seating. Tried the lavender latte and chocolate cupcake with raspberry frosting as well as the carrot cake. Everyone there was very friendly and had great service.
