can not park no room at night. Only room for one 53 foot truck. Then even though there is room, They throw you out and send you to get stuck on the back way, the one they block with box trucks and never open.. Why does NOT ONE PERSON HERE SPEAK ENGLISH. he had to use Google translate on his phone and it said "I have a pretty pony" it doesn't even translate properly. This place is ridiculous and I'll definitely quit my company before I come back here again, it is that bad of a place. I'm figuring maybe all their employees are illegals is why no one speaks English. And the review that said the bad reviews were based on parking, not even close. When a company locks their door and has no way to contact them, there is a reason, and it is that they are hiding something, possibly that most employees are illegals? Oh, one more thing, if you have 20 docks open for 53 foot trailers, why would the moron put you in a dock spot set up for box trucks only? And they have a box truck in front so you can only blind back. It does not get worse than Baldor.

Pulled in at 5:30pm for next morning 5am delivery appointment. They block the entrance with a straight truck. Some go thru the car parking lot around the entire building to get in. I wasn't bothered. In the morning put your phone number on bills and leave in box by door. They will call & give you door. Once they unload you they do not call you. You must keep going to the box to see your get your bills. There is no interaction with these people what's so ever.

Fast, reckless and illegal driving of large trucks on small residential side streets where trucks are banned. No regard for very basic rules of the road, pedestrians, cyclists, parents with strollers etc. The company has been contacted 3 or 4 times and asked politely to obey the law. This is a tragedy (and law suit) waiting to happen.

Wondering if it’s common practice to keep lift gates at knee height while the driver is inside making deliveries. It’s also blocking the access to the alleyway for other drivers. When asked, he laughed, insisted he didn’t speak English, and motioned for me to leave.

I wish more receivers were like this. 9:00am appointment, arrived at 7:00am, put paperwork in the box (next to the receiving door), got a call 5 min later with a door.

Today 7/13/2022 come to this facility delivery 4 skids and it took them a while… check in at 8:30am didn’t realize i was unloaded untill 12:10pm. They didn’t even call to let you know you are empty, 2nd the signal light always are lighting in red so you never know if u can pull out or not, plus they just throw your paperwork on a mailbox next to the door without notified the driver… worsts place to delivery I have ever come to!!! Poor costumer service by the office and very bad communication… if i can give this facility a 0 stars will do so but unfortunately i cant!! BALDON BOSTON LLC what a shame!!

good experience here, they are nice and fast, when you come just put your bol in the box with your phone 📞 number, they will call you for dock and when its done they will come to you with paperwork

It seems most of these poor reviews are based on parking and traffic. Baldor is much more than these types of trivial complaints. Baldor has the best delivery people - the best sales guys/gals and the BEST products, compared to any of the other big box distributors that are all about quantity with no emphasis on quality. Everything Baldor carries is top of the line. I LOVE Baldor and will continue to use them for both of my businesses. 5 stars
