This really may have been the best transactional experience I've ever had. After placing my order, I almost immediately received a welcome text from the owner. I believe they shipped my product out the same day because it got here so fast. To top it all off, they included some freebies and a nice handwritten note! This is how you build a loyal customer base, amazing job.

My experience with The Mass Apothecary has been amazing every time! Derek has always been extremely helpful whenever I have had questions and even called me personally after I placed an order to let me know that one of the products was out of stock. He then proceeded to recommend other items in case I wanted to replace the out of stock item with something else.

The level of personal attention that Derek has provided me on multiple occasions has been awesome! Every order that I have placed with them has been packed with care, and they always add a fun personal touch to each package! Every time I receive a package from them is like my birthday! I LOVE IT!

I've been ordering from here for quite a few months now I order all my products online they always get here within 5 to 7 Days the products are absolutely excellent, and I can't even begin to tell you how good the customer service is. You absolutely have to try this place, I placed an order once and they didn't have the flavor I ordered and they called me personally the same day to find out what else I wanted. They are Paramount when it comes to customer service I absolutely love this place and I will continue to order as long as I can!

Derek is so sweet and amazing. The customer service is top notch. I tell everyone I know about how amazing and great the products are. I love this place ! The mass Apothecary is gonna be your last stop to shop instead of running all around looking for what you need. There a small business that is growing but a very personlized business. They really care ! I ordered a couple of things and to my surprise I was sent some free gifts. Stuff that I normally would have not bought like the Delta rice crispies because I usually vap. But to my surprise had tryed it and loved it so for now on that's going to be part of my order. Also I got a real handwritten letter attached to my order slip for thanking me for my purchase. Really I should be thanking them and did. I reached out to Derek and told him how happy I was with him and Corrine the other owner that to even more to my surprise got a thank u answer back . I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience with @Massapothacay has been. I received a bottle of their gummies from a friend. I live in a state where medical cannabis is legal and easy to get from the dispensaries. I really wasn’t expecting much. I have always struggled with sleep but at the time i was also in tremendous pain from a shoulder injury. The gummies were wonderful for sleep. Deep solid sleep but not hard to wake from. So I ordered more. I was surprised when I got a thank you text from the owner with his cell in case i had any problems with my first order! I made a few operator errors in my next couple orders but the staff were wonderful and corrected my mistakes quickly without even so much as a complaint. I was also delighted when my first order arrived with several samples of other products to try, and a personal thank you! it is so rare to find quality products at a reasonable price and excellent customer service! I am yet to try something i didn’t love and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Thank you guys for everything!

THIS IS YOUR SPOT! If I could give 100 stars, I would! Anything I say is truly an understatement because the owners Derek and Corrin and this team are just incredible. I happen to stumble across them online when searching for a sleep aid and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found them! They are always quick to respond and so helpful. My husband and I own a business together and have taken lesson from them and their customer service because it is truly unmatched and so hard to come by- so thankful to have found them! Added bonus that they frequently extra little samples! You can tell they genuinely care and that’s the type of business I want to support all day long.
