This is only the second brewery directly attached to a hop farm that I've been to, the other being Bale Breaker in Yakima, and boy is it special. The setting is gorgeous and the design and interior of the brewery is very intimate. The beers are fantastic, the Gnome Grown is one of the richest and most resinous IPAs I've ever had, and of course it is, because everything's from out back! I also loved the Baking Season which was absolutely a spice bomb - even more amazing considering I'd had Lawson's Sticky Maple earlier, competing with a bit of the same part of my brain.

This was my 299th brewery visited, and I'm kinda bummed it wasn't the nice round even 300 - it would have deserved it!

Well worth the drive from the Boston metro IMO.

β€œIt’s not about the destination, it’s the journey.” Great philosophy about Life, but the antithesis bears true at The Brewery at Four Star Farms.

What an extraordinary experience it is to step away from the noise and commotion to experience the grounds, the brewery building, the beer, and the staff - I’d run out of superlatives if I went into too much detail.

Bar none - each beer was flavorful and nuanced; a story in each glass. I wanted to bring home some of everything, but Bine Cutter was remarkably superior to any beer I’ve had in 2023. Beer of the Year! πŸ†

Speaking of great choices, kudos to whomever hired Devon. What an amazingly thoughtful and kindhearted brand ambassador! Truly a gem of a person! πŸ’Ž

GO. THERE. NOW! πŸš™ πŸ’¨ 🍻

Our first visit at The Brewery and it was a great visit. I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful setting in the outskirts of Northfield. The building is a nicely built brewing facility with a wonderfully simple and comfortable dining and sipping area, as well as an outdoor venue for warm weather activities. The beer was really good and reasonably priced, and the entertainment very enjoyable. Although we didn't order anything to eat, I do look forward to visiting again to try something from their menu. This is a place to keep in mind and definitely well worth a visit.

I only got to stop by briefly while on a road trip, but I would come back again in a heartbeat! The beer I had (Bine Cutter) was top-notch, the atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful and the on-site food truck was delicious. Definitely worth the visit if you’re in the area. Yet again, make this your destination to come up to the area! 🍻

Our family has visited twice now for our holiday get together, and I can't exaggerate how accommodating they've been. There are 20 of us altogether, including kids aged 2 to 14. Not only is this a beautiful venue with plenty of space, but they've always extended themselves to make us feel welcome. They've provided blankets so we can enjoy the fire on the patio, taken our family's picture, extended tables for serving food, and the beer and service are phenomenal. Thank you so much for your kindness, for giving us this beautiful space to celebrate with our loved ones, and for being such wonderful hosts. We will be back!

Beautiful grounds. Can't wait for the summer to see all the hops growing. Try the brown ale.
