Futura Coffee Roasters is a Mill District gem. The coffee is top-notch — I especially recommend the latte — and the vibe is always warm and welcoming. The space is bright and full of plants, good energy, perfect for relaxing or getting work done. Don’t miss the bagel with chimichurri and arugula, and definitely treat yourself to one of their cakes or cookies. The staff are lovely, and it’s a must-visit if you’re in the area!

As a transplant from the Pacific Northwest, I’m so happy to have true PNW coffee here in the valley. Futura makes great drinks and offers great breakfast/any time sandwiches for vegetarians and omnivores alike. Great space to work, meet up with friends, or have some alone time. Check out The Closet next door afterwards for some secondhand shopping and you’ve got yourself a great day!

My new favorite coffee shop. Coffee and matcha is one of the best I have tried! Everything is made so fresh and delicious. Service is a 10/10. Also, the place is very well organized and aesthetically pleasing.

If you’re looking for a nice local coffee shop try out Futura! The coffee and food were both yummy, I would definitely try another flavor other than hazelnut because it wasn’t super flavorful but I’ve heard the other flavors are great. The barista was really friendly and even made a point to greet me while preparing someone else’s order. I would definitely recommend stopping here!

Third time at this cafe and love the ambience and the coffee. The service and barristas are superb, attentive, personable, and competent. I ordered a hot chocolate that was a bit lukewarm and when I asked for them to warm it up they made me a whole new one! The cafe is located in North Amherst in the Mill District so a bit off the beaten path but make a small effort. You won't be disappointed. .

Beautiful place to work on a laptop and nice drinks. I've come back a few times - their golden green tea, matcha latte, and drip coffee are all great. Really appreciating the new longer hours!
