30$ "gate fee"?

First time seeing a place that makes you pay to deliver goods.🀣 Then you still have a lumper fee?

What a joke.

Don't deliver to this dump.

Dock doesn't even line up with trailer height.

During my recent delivery, the person responsible for unloading displayed unprofessional behavior. He seemed more focused on smoking and showing off his Mercedes Benz than on doing his job. He was also rude and unhelpful throughout the process.

I was the first truck to arrive and backed up to the dock. However, instead of starting the unloading, he began chatting with someone from his race, disregarding the order of arrival. When I asked about the delay, he told me that it didn’t matter how early I got there. Additionally, without any valid reason, he asked me to move my truck, despite the yard being spacious and the maneuver unnecessary.

This kind of behavior is unproductive and disrespectful, and I hope it can be addressed to improve the experience for future deliveries

First of all I went there with a 18-wheeler.
They say, thay are open from midnight to 2pm but I arrived there at 12:50pm and were closed.
On the phone, nobody's answering.
And when one guy came at midnight, it took them more than 5h to unload me.
And at the and, the guy told me that accept only check or... cash.
So at 5am I paid cash 'cause I couldn't get a check from my broker or dispatcher at that time.
A lot of headache and waisted time... 17h in this place!!!
