Order delivery. Food arrived. Ordered two steak& cheese subs, wings, pizza, fries. The subs were not edible. I took one bite and couldn’t even swallow it. The steak didn’t look like steak and if it was it was definitely the lowest grade beef you could get.

I hadn't ordered here in over a year due to a problem. I figured they are still open so maybe they had a bad day when I had last ordered. Wrong I tried them again and wasted another 40 dollars. The steak and cheese with onions mushrooms cheese and banana peppers was a pile of steak with maybe a half slice of cheese and I couldn't find a sliver of onions or mushrooms. And not 1 banana pepper. Both my Dad and I shared and after a few bites it went in the garbage.
The tomatoe and cheese pizza looked good but we only ate a piece each.
Lesson learned. Never again.

Pizza was perfect. Went to this location on accident. Was trying to get to the other metro pizza location in Dartmouth. They are nicer at the other location with customer service and friendliness. I ran into 3 different employees at this location, and not a single one said hi or made any attempt to be friendly. Pizza was so good, tho. I'd go back for takeout if in the area again.

Place is not door dash friendly they wait till the dasher walks in. Don't door dash from here 20 + min wait when store is dead

Unfortunately, this Metro has gone downhill. It used to be one of my favorite places for pizza, Greek salad, and subs. It is not the same. I know ownership has changed, but that's not all. The lettus in our salad was sparse, and what was there was the white hard part that is normally thrown away. All 3 of our subs were awful, no cheese on the steak and cheese, no sauce on the meatball sub, the chicken cutlets was small pieces of chicken tenders that were overdone and there was cheese on them which I did not ask for. It's sad to say that we threw most of it away.
It was a waste of $40+ bucks.

My recent visit to Metro Pizza and Sandwiches left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. Firstly, the menu displayed options that were completely different from what was actually available, leading to confusion and disappointment when ordering. Secondly, the staff members were not only impolite but also disrespectful, using foul language and showing no regard for customers' concerns. The overall cleanliness of the place was subpar, which further added to the unpleasant experience.

What's more concerning is the apparent trend of overcharging customers, as echoed in previous reviews. It's disheartening to see such disregard for honesty and customer satisfaction. I strongly advise potential patrons to reconsider visiting Metro Pizza until significant improvements are made in both service quality and integrity.

The young woman who assisted me at the counter was the brightest part of the whole experience. I had a steak and cheese sub with grilled onions. The bread was not fresh. The ends were hard and the outside shell of it crumbled and flaked apart as I ate. The meat was dry and it tasted funny. Liked it had been out of the fridge too long,there wasn't much cheese, and I could have possibly counted the onions. Unless this isn't standard operation, I suggest you Not order steak and cheese. Icant speak for other food there. It could possibly be ok. But I won't be going back to find out.
