My son and I spent 5 nights at the Inn and had a great time. The accommodations were very nice and clean. We had our own cabin with a full kitchen and 1-1/2 baths. The cabin was nicely decorated with a real Alaskan feel to it. We had plenty of space to spread out and the cabin could handle a lot more people comfortably if needed. We even were given a professional grade vacuum sealer with bags to vacuum seal our catch. The cabin had a brand new freezer that easily held all of or catch. ||Rube is a true gentleman and spent a lot of time with us showing us the rental boat., areas to fish and went over various locations and techniques to fish for king salmon. He even lent us his own personal tackle to use for kings which really helped us. ||The rental skiffs are first class and very reliable. Rube takes great care of them and they worked well for us. The car rental was great as well and we had a very reliable Nissan Armanda. ||The fishing was amazing as usual. This was our 4th trip to the area and it again did not disappoint. We had some nice kings, several nice halibut , including a 125 pounder my son caught on the last day, seasonal limit of ling cod and many nice rockfish. ||The people in Yakutat are so friendly and we always have a great time when we visit. Looking forward to our next trip to the area.

The houses are very nice and cozy. Our house had 3 bathrooms, 2 showers, 4 bedrooms, and lots of storage for fish. The Situk Inn is conveniently 2 minutes away from the marina. Amenities include Wifi, Soap, Shampoo, Towels, BBQ, and Freezer space. Overall it was a comfortable stay in a great area. The owners are very nice and helpful with questions.

Our party of 4 stayed in a very roomy cabin. The kitchen was large and very well equipped. We like to do all our own cooking and the kitchen and appliances were clean and in perfect working order. We all had our own bedrooms which were also clean and comfortable.|Our hosts were cheerful and helpful if we needed help with anything. We have stayed with them for three years now, fishing the Situk River for Steelhead and we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

This place is so perfect for Yakutat. Mary and Rube were so nice and helpful! This is a great place to stay. Nice house, fully furnished kitchen, and comfortable beds.
