We had a good time at the corn maze and the donuts were extremely tasty. HOWEVER, in the central area of the corn maze, we noticed large Datura Stratmonium plants growing. They are extremely toxic and dangerous plants, which can kill or induce prolonged deliriant psychosis. When we saw the very large, very well established plants growing in the maze, we decided to get our toddler out asap, because a single swallowed seed would likely be fatal, and little kiddos put everything in their mouths.

Price was a little steep for the size of the maze.

Overall i want to say that places like this are extremely important and good community resources, and need to be protected and supported. However, for the money they charged, they should have gotten rid of the toxic plants, given the presence of children.

This place is so cute and we were pleasantly surprised to see so many healthy sunflowers still in season!

We visited on a sunny Sunday and we were relieved to see that there was plenty of parking to accommodate the weekend guests. (we read reviews at other orchards/mazes in the area that had people waiting 45-60 minutes just to park! *cough cough* Honey Pot, Davis Mega Maze)

We walked up to the farm stand and were immediately greeted by the friendly workers at the registers, and we could already smell the sugar in the air from the fresh cider donuts.

It was $20 each to go on the hay ride, look at the happy sheep, walk the premises, see the mini pond, take pictures in the sunflower field, sit at the picnic tables or benches, play corn hole, and explore the maze. Additionally, all adults are gifted a mini pumpkin, which is included in the $20/pp. We took our time and spent over 2.5 hours here, so we definitely thought it was worth the price.

There isn't a map or stamps to collect while you go through the maze (which I'm not used to), but it actually made it more fun to purposely go down every path (we turned right at every fork in the road, even if we could see it was a dead end)! They also had old school, abandoned tractors in random spots in the maze which helped us figure out where we were - and they were cool to sit on and look around.

The serving sizes of food were plentiful and I definitely recommend you split the baked potato ($6) and cider donut sundae ($8) because they're huge! I honestly think a family with 2 kids could share that sundae, haha. The pulled pork sandwiches were nice and smokey and came with plenty of meat, cheese, and pickles ($10).

This was a great value and I hope it stays the same for next year!

Oh! And more good things: they accept Apple pay and credit cards. So many farms are cash only so this was super convenient. Also they allow dogs in the maze and on the property, just keep them leashed of course 🙂

In case you're wondering about other prices, bags of apples are $12, apple sauce $9, 6 cider donuts $8, s'mores are $5 (a little pricey), and beer was around $9

Hanson's farm is a hidden gem! Tucked away in a corner of Framingham they have a variety of produce, local goods, and in the fall, a pumpkin patch and sunflower field!

Amazing farm! I took my puppy to get him exposed to more people/animals. They have horses and other farm animals. All the workers are super nice. Great pumpkin selections! Delicious cider donuts. Fresh eggs and other produce grown right there. Priced really well. 10/10 will go back. Also everyone in small groups and wearing masks. I'm more at risk so don't venture many places but I felt safe here! Puppy loved it too!

I would say this was on the expensive side but absolutely gorgeous and lovely. Sunflower fields, lots of pumpkins, corn maze. We loved the farm stand and the nice selection of local food and flowers. We enjoyed our day and would recommend it for sure.

Super friendly people working here! They sell their own honey (made on-site), other jared/canned items, as well as fresh produce. They also have pumpkin picking, cinnamon apple donuts, sunflower picking, and a corn maze. There is a great spot by the pond to rest and read a book if you ever feel like it too! They have horses and barn cats on the property just as an FYI. I plan to go back and sketch the animals sometime 🙂
