I brought them a cargo. I've been waiting for documents for more than 2 hours. When I went to demand the return of the documents, they punctured my wheel. As a result, when I left, I had to stop and call the service. They tore Ala bag Of Flour And Left It In My Trailer Along With Other Garbage

DL appointment was at 5 am. I arrived at 3:45 am, and was told to wait til they open 6 o’clock. But DL was at 5 am.
Then, when I did the check in, I was told they moved the appointment to 10 am.
(Keep in mind it was not a full trailer load, it was only 5-6 pallets).
Then, MFKS make me wait until noon to unload 5 dint pallets, and make me and my company be late for the next PU.
7 fkng hours for 5 damn pallets? . I got a green light at the dock by 10:20 so I went out and removed the chokes under the trailer.
Then an idiot thought he’s a cop and almost broke the door knocking on it and i thought FINALKY IM ABLE TO GO!, but no! Dude just showed up to make a big deal of why I removed the chokes under the trailer.
WELL… because I had a damn green light!!. Idiot.
And already payed the lumper fee.
The worst company to deliver for!!

Got to this location last night. Spot to park on the road. Entered facility early, got a dock in less than an hour. Started unloading immediately. Paperwork followed about an hour later off product counting. Not bad guys! Much better than reviews have been saying!

For truck drivers : Good place for deliveries . Check with security guard and get a info FORM , then drive around the building ; park your truck ; walk in to receiving office with your paperwork and FORM filled up . They usually give u a door right away . Unless you’re super early . Make sure not to be late for more than an hour . ( u will pay a late fee ) . Unloaded in 2 1/2 hrs . Arrived at 7:45 am for a 8:00 am app , left the place at 10:00 am .Very Professional staff at security office and receiving ! Good size parking lot to maneuver . Thanks a lot

OWNER OPS! Don’t schedule another pickup/delivery until the next day after your delivery here! Same with other stops this better be your last stop for the day or your going to miss appointments! 3 pallets 6 hours to get paperwork!

Had a 6am appointment got a door right away which was the only good. checked out @ 12pm then had to wait an extra hour for paper work . With lumper fee and made a complete mess in my trailer. Bad experience

Yours drives need to been retrained and disciplined to learn how to share the road my wife was bring me to work when this guy almost rammed us off the highway ramp getting on 495 I will be calling to make sure something is done about this
