Had this today on a toasted Bay's English muffin. Best Bleu cheese I have ever had. Smooth and tons of flavor without being bitter. The worst blue cheese I've ever had. I got it at my local supermarket so it may have been the way they handled it. It was dry, and covered in white mold, and no blue veins at all in the wedge. I cut into the middle to try a piece and it tasted just like a hard piece of string cheese
