Walked in Thursday night asked if they could look at my back pack blower, she said yes, So I dropped it off Friday morning before they opened. Came back 6 hours later, SHE THREW IT AWAY!!! Because she said she didn’t know who it belonged to. Then proceeded to say it would cost more for them to touch it than it was worth. Without even knowing what’s wrong with it. It was running last year! What if all it needed was a spark plug?
Then of course….she says she can sell me one. Absolutely not.

Bev and Charlie are the dynamic husband and wife duo who operate this shop. From new equipment to equipment repairs they can handle most small equipment repairs for a large amount of landscaping equipment and do so at the local owm operated level. I've bought a sizeable amout of equipment from them and will continue to go back!

They have it all, but Beverly needs to learn how to deal with customers. She has the “I know what I’m talking about and you don’t attitude”. Probably because she’s burned out dealing with big box customers that find them after they have spent their money and have a problem or don’t know how to use it. I get it, but she is so I defensive.

I wish my guy hadn’t retired…but I’ll use them because they know their stuff and they are close by. They have a huge selection of quality products.

Great customer experience received at Nouveau Packaging & Power. My small generator recently stopped working and required service. Beverly and Charlie repaired the unit and it was back up and running in less than a week. I also received helpful instructions regarding fuel, maintenance, and general care.

Do not under any circumstances bring your equipment to Nouveau Packaging. I had spoken to Beverly on the phone about service to my Husqvarna lawn mower that was under warranty. I explained I would need the mower delivered after service and she agreed. She told me I needed to bring the original proof of purchase and warranty information with me. When I showed up with the info she asked for, she started complaining about taking on the warranty work and whether they should even take the job (2 days after our phone call.) Her husband told her he'd take it. They did however complete the repair faster than their original time table, which I was happy with. But when Beverly called to tell me the service was finished, she complained about how much time and money they lost doing the work for me. When I reminded her the mower needed to be delivered, she said she had another customer on the line and had to hang up abruptly. When I spoke to her the next day, she said that the person who does deliveries is on vacation so I needed to figure out how to come pick up the mower and then again abruptly hung up. When I called back to express my disappointment about how this transaction had occurred, she got defensive and said it was my fault I was not informed enough to have purchased my mower from a better dealer. She continuously spoke over me for 8 minutes until she finally said the conversation was over and that she had a customer she had to go help. I still have no idea whether my mower will be able to be delivered.

Drove up from rhode island to take advantage of a deal they had on redmax back pack blowers. Awesome experience Beverly and Charlie are both extremely nice and helpful. They had lots of other good deals on the best brands of outdoor equipment. It was worth the trip I highly recommend them.
