Barrett’s Mill Farm is everything a farm stand should be. They have beautiful, organic vegetables and some of what they sell is a little unusual, too. You can get things here that you can’t always get anywhere else and, as a result, they are a little pricey. But, I don’t hold that against them because I think they’ve earned it. The people here work hard and I have never received anything other than excellent customer service, too. (And unlike a lot of other farm stands in the area, they don’t seem to have hired any neurotic psychos. Just decent, hardworking people.) It really is a pleasure to shop here. Very enjoyable.

We love our CSA farm share! Barrett's Mill Farm has a really great program where you can choose your own vegetables from their farm stand. The best part, though, is that you get to go out into the fields and pick your own veggies every week. It's great for kids to learn about where their food comes from, and there's a good variety every time we go. They do an excellent job rotating the crops so there are always several delicious things to pick each week. Some weeks, you even get to pick 10 sunflowers! The CSA is a bit more affordable than some other farms in town, and I like that you can choose what you take home each week. Everyone there is super friendly, and we love going to "our farm".

Best farm west of Boston!! Without a doubt, the most delicious fruits and vegetables I've ever tasted. The farmers are warm and friendly and incredibly dedicated to their CSA customers and broader community. The farm is picturesque yet productive. While the historic site has been farmed for centuries, the current management is just in their infancy. Though they're just getting started, you would never know it; the farm is run as a well (environmentally friendly) oiled machine. Yet their enthusiasm and fresh perspective brings the place to life. I can't wait to watch them grow!

Top-notch CSA. Some produce is already harvested; others you pick yourself. Fill your basket based on the weekly harvest. Amazing cherry tomatoes and green beans. Great jalapenos and other spicy peppers. Some unusual treats like husk cherries and dragon's tongue beans
