The staff are rude and the place is filthy. The bathroom smelled worse than a job site Porto John on a hot summer day. If you must shop here, I feel bad for you. Go to Dedham or Plymouth and you'll see the difference.

This is the worst store ever, There is a lady by the name of Margarette that works there that is nasty. My wife went to return wipes that were purchased online. She gave her a hard time, I just lost my mother and this lady was nothing but nasty, unprofessional, lack of empathy and much more. That lady should be fired, she has no manners and she definitely isn’t trained. If she is trained then bjs has the worse way of training there employees. My wife and I will never return to this store after this experience, I’ll give Costcos the business before returning to bjs.

My visit today at bjs was so awful. I went to grab my babies milk. I tried checking out at the self check-out and as soon as it was my turn Sahia approached us and said she would scan my items. I tried scanning my membership card from my phone and she did not allow me. I explained how I forgot my card and all I needed to buy was the couple items I had which was like 5 or less. My baby can’t have just any milk and he has been sick for a week and was not able to eat or drink anything. and I had very to little time to buy the milk and she said no. I was very disappointed and she was just rude. I’m sure it would’ve been okay if she allowed it one time. But she was so determined to not let me purchase anything. Thank god another customer let me scan her membership card and Sahia was not at the self checkout anymore. And as we were walking out she was at the door and asked someone to reprint our transaction. I have no idea what was the reason for that. But very dissatisfied in this.

As a wholesale store, this store seems to be very well stocked up with merchandise and it's easy to find stuff. Their prices are quite competitive too. Some of their produce however, aren't fresh at all. I picked up a bag of onions and most of them were moldy. Check out was quite easy and there is handicap accessible parking.

I am friend of this guy and found out BJ opened up Capital One credit card for him. And Dan is 80+ old not longer mentally sharp with slightly dementia…. How dare BJ lurked someone open credit card account and he didn’t know what happen and now the bill is tripled with penalty… I happened to help him go thru mails to find this one….

Terrible store, terrible customer service and the same problems almost every time we go to this store. Time after time they don't send complete orders for curbside pickup, then act like you owe them something for the inconvenience of only receiving half your order. Their only remedy is for you to come back to pick it up again.

This is the worst bjs I’ve ever been to as far as customer service, I was there today I ask employee for price check he gave me and my wife the nasty attitude he said can’t you check on your phone, where older person who don’t know how to work on phone like youngsters and keep walking mumbling with his mouth, I asked for his name he said Scott I said what’s your last name? He said I don’t have one. There was another BJ employees who win this state and did the price check for me. I asked for a manager he took me to the front there was a lead manager, which I forgot her name she didn’t do as much either. I could see it in her when I was alive with my wife. I asked her for her name then she decide to get a manager, also the other employee who helped me came by and told me his name is not Scott is Sean. Don’t know why he would say that to you. I spoke to a manager he said I’m sure I’ll speak to him. I don’t think he was gonna do that either, but I would prefer to drive to Quincy or Dedham living in Randolph and not go there again

Great deals and you can use double coupons and clip coupons online with the bjs app also gas is cheaper there if your a member. Bjs has so many perks.
