I was buying this through Whole Foods and loved it. The coffee was excellent but they seem to have stopped carrying the product. Then I found them online. I had to buy wayyy more coffee than I wanted/needed because of the way their purchasing options work. It has now been over 2 weeks and my order has still not shipped. It doesn’t matter how good the product is if the business operations are dysfunctional.

The El Diablo Dark Roast Frozen Blend is possibly the worst coffee I’ve ever had. The flavor is indescribable but just horrible.

And it’s ridiculously EXPENSIVE!

A cheap instant coffee is even better!

I should request my money back but not wasting my time.

Whether I'm off camping with the kids, at work or at home, I can enjoy my high quality coffee ANYWHERE. No fancy machine needed. Iced or hot. I always start my day off right. I will confess that I like the coffee and it can be convenient. however, their marketing is insulting. they send you a special Valentine's message offering you 25% off but it's the same pricing as everyday. furthermore, I would have been motivated to buy six packs at 25% off only to find that it's a deal only if you subscribe. there goes $125 worth of business down the drain for you. I buy some incredibly fabulous coffees even at a high price that I grind and put in my reusable Keurig and even at $20 a pound I can get 40 cups do the math

I wouldn't even mind paying the premium for the variety, but until you decide that you're going to not be deceptive in your advertising, I'll just wait

I'm a big shark tank fan and live by the adage it's not the number of customers you have is the number of repeat customers you have.

Andy from the Natick Mall location is just the rudest. As soon as we approached the stand he told us we don’t “look of age” and that he has “real customers to deal with.” I feel particularly disrespected as I was planning on purchasing this as a Mother’s Day gift. Not only has this ruined my day, but also my view of this brand. I would advise management to take a look at Andy and assess whether or not he aligns with their customer service values.

Not worth the headache - customer service is really bad. Coffee is pretty good, but that's all they're good at, is the coffee. Don't know how to run a business at all. Honestly, just go to your local coffee shop, you deal with A LOT less.

I got racially profiled at their natick mall location by some white old guy that worked there. The customer service is horrendous. I was looking into buying for mother’s day, but after being refused service and feeling bad about myself. I just wanted to say that you guys have lost a customer. Never again. Shame on you.
