The Biltong is delicious! If you like jerky I can almost guarantee you will like Biltong, nice and lean and seasoned perfectly. Also this company truely stands out for those generosity and dedication to giving their customers an excellent experience. I had a minor order problem once and they bent over backwards to straighten it out for me, keep up the good work! I can't say enough good things about the product and company. I tell all my friends about it too!

I tried the Air fried, thinly sliced beef with a Chili Lime flavor. Flavor was really good but a little hot. Why the low mark, there were not many slices of beef but a lot crumbs of beef. I guess they filled the packaged with left over product to get the weight.

Delicious Beef taste!

I bought the sampler pack to try. Upon opening the original I noticed a delicious smooth beef taste and then you could taste each and every ingredient. When I tried the spicy peri peri, at first I thought wheres the spicy taste, but it kinda sneaks up on you and lasts. Perfect heat! When I opened the garlic, Wow could you smell the garlic!, but when you taste it there is no overpowering taste of garlic, just a hint but a delicious hint. I am very impressed with these products and I used to buy turkey jerky by the case! No more. All the other jerky that is out there well you taste the sugary sweet but this tastes like a perfect beef ribeye tender and delicious. I will definitely buy again. It's a great snack with a nice cold beer. Also, the handwritten note was a nice touch

Less than one star. Just purchased a pack and it was full of mold! Store clerk opened other packs and found mold in all of them. Also found expiration dates from 2021 and 2023 all with white mold. I called Kalahari Foods, no customer service rep. just a voice mail box to leave a message. I would not recommend or buy again.

Bought the Air Dried Beef today. I thought at first it was too expensive. But the taste is perfect. Quantity is very good. I will buy 3 next time. I travel for work. This is a great product.

As a South African I have eaten a lot of biltong. I found this brand to be over salted and too dry. There are better brands on the market
