Well I guess experiences may vary but I delivered here two days in a row, waited about a half hour to get a door the first day and was put straight into the door the second day. And both days once in the door the unload was quick. Was only about 10 minutes early for my appointment each day.

Picked up here a few times. Line up along road, basically first come, first serve. No restrooms. Completely electronic check in and out system. Wasn’t very busy at 3 in the afternoon, but still spent almost 3 hours there. Used to be able to take your 10 on this road or in the extra space further down the building but now those other businesses are occupied and there’s no parking signs everywhere. The jockey says police patrol the area at night now and will make you leave. So make sure you have hours to get somewhere whenever they’re done.

Absolute joke. Arrived at 745am for 9am appointment put in a door at 845am and not loaded until 130pm. They aren't busy. they are just lazy! Should take 30 mins max to load empty pallets...

This shipper was a breeze! Appoint 3:00 arrived at 12:30 put in door right away. Loaded by 1:30. Dont understand all the negative posts. Would gladly return.

Showed up at appointment time (9pm). Couldn't sign in to be loaded because "the computer won't let anyone sign in past 8pm" according to one of the warehouse workers. Call the contact number provided by Kane to my carrier, and the number is out of service.
Call the broker who gave my carrier the load, "they will load you at 1130pm"
Jokes on me I guess, according to Google they close at 11pm.

I have been OTR driver for 12 years and this is the only place I ever felt I needed to post comment; mind you I Drive in & around NYC -NJ/PA which has some tough shipper/receiver but this place? Avoid at all cost- the time you’re going to waste is priceless-
If you are late to an appointment -due to BS that had nothing to do with you -return the product to shipper-
