Good folks here. Nice and polite. I delivered FTL and was out in 1h 15m. You can park overnight on the gravel yard just outside there entrance beside RR .

Specially, males working there. They think they’re Owner of the company. They need to look at their paycheck and realize that they’re working there hourly. And the business is depend on customer service !!! Idiot people .

All day to get loaded & over wt on drives.
They have a phone outside shipping receiving door for you to call in and someone suppose to answer I tried to reach someone for over 30 minutes before I walked around to front office and a nice man that worked in office came out and asked me what I needed and I told him I was trying to reach someone in shipping and he made sure I was taken care of. They only have one available working dock door so they parked me off to the side until they where ready for me. I arrived at 9:30am was loaded by 4pm. They loaded my truck in such a way that I was heavy on my drives and I had tandems pulled all the way forward and still over wt on my drives and had to drive clear across to IL and could not fill my tanks. Just in case I got pulled into scale. Even at half a tank I was still over at on drives. Had two load bars they wish I would of had 3 but then they would of double stacked and drives would of been worse on wt.

Got here 3 hrs before appointment. Got door assigned within 30 minutes. In and out in 2 hrs. Nice guy in shipping no problems.

check in is missing. you need to call by the back door to the right of the docks. Appoyment for 10am. 12: 10 pm started to download. left at 2: 15pm. why give an apoyment if you are slow as flies. many good companies that load 44000lb-30min.
