This company is garbage appointment at 5 AM. Check in at 4:40 AM wait till 8 AM to go back inside to ask what’s going on… they said they don’t have space in the warehouse and I will have to wait a couple more hours. These people are very rude. They don’t respect the appointments. They don’t care about your time…… don’t bring any loads here

Appointment at 8:00 a.m. checked in at 7:00 a.m. get door at 7:50 a.m. finished unloading and get paperwork in hand at 8:45 a.m. very fast unloading. Just making sure you got PO #s. Plenty of parking in the street.

They make drive 10 miles down the road which of course takes 30 min to wait for a phone call to get unloaded... So obviously this is going to take awhile and this is just ridiculous.

12 hours later and I'm still waiting on a call for a door, and now missed my back haul.

This place wins the gold of all those competing for first position! awful! In 20 years of truck driving I have never experienced such an unpleasant experience! The person who receives says that he has no space in the warehouse and then they take your
winery trailer😡😡😡😡
appt 5am. arrive at 4:15 am
They sent me to park 20 miles away, and they called me at 9:45 PM
Out the door 11:33 PM
and if by chance you cover this load with the NABAJO broker, you are dead, they give you $150
for all that time!
advice: always reject this burden! and the broker too

I know what the reviews say, but I can’t relay… Appt 3:30pm got in 1h before (per reviews) checked in with guard, he sends me around the building, check in with shipping, got door immediately, left the facility with pprwork within 45min. Full trailer of fresh meat. Thanks HMF! Keep it up 😎

Absolute disgrace of a company. Drivers refuse any load coming here. I showed up exactly at my appointment time and was still sent 20 minutes away to a truckstop that you have to pay for out of your pocket to park at. If you’re not going to honor appointment times then provide parking or vice versa at the very minimum. on top of sitting for hours waiting for a door when I did get the call to come back the old black security guard was super rude and giving me attitude because I didn’t know my PO number because they had already taken the bills earlier when I had checked in. how am I supposed to know the PO number on the bills if I don’t have the bills? barely any room to maneuver into the dock. wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

Quick unloading. Backing into the dock is tight with construction going on. Stopped by security guard and checked in, then went to red door M-5 to give paperwork. Backed into dock 1 (tight squeeze with the dumpster and jersey barriers but doable). Unloaded fast, went and got paperwork on green light and left. No parking on the street

This place is ridiculous. Appt time 1700.. arrival 1620. It’s currently 2115 just got docked and the truck driver before me over 7 hours. They are operating out of two docks and the employees just hanging out. Under construction also so hopefully you are good at backing. Been backed up for 20 minutes and still no red light. Places like these really piss me off
