If you're thinking of working here. Don't. They could care less about the employees. Do yourself a favor and apply somewhere else.

Until they get rid of a supervisor named Kathy. The place will never be like it used to be. All the new supervisors are on a power trip trying to find a way to fire everyone. If Osha came in nd saw what they were doing. Guarantee the people would be fired and possibly close the doors on 3m even. Letting people run machines by themselves with no help and making them not only run machines but the operators of slitters will also have to pack the tape while they run it. I've seen it several times. I will never recommend this company to anyone for a job. They only care about the money they put in their own pockets and not the employees or the employees family.
