Do not believe your GPS when it says 2nd street is a through street. It is not. Saw 2 different drivers somehow come in from the west side of the plant, trying to get through. You need to take Columbus St to 2nd street coming un from the east.
MUST have a washout receipt. They will copy down the receipt # upon entry, so you cant just say "its been washed" and think youll pass. This place is a muddy, soupy, and narrow. Some areas are one way, others are 2 way, so you need to watch the signs and surroundings. There's room, but JUST enough. Docks can be really tight depending on which one you get.

-> Cons <- arrived very early Tuesday morning around 1 a.m. (basically Monday night) for an appt Tuesday afternoon @ 12 noon. {"I didn't want to be taken early. I was going to complete my break and be ready on-site for my noon appt."}. To make a long story short, I didn't get assigned a dock door until Wednesday @ 2 p.m. 37 hours {I honestly completed a 34/70 restart} -> Crazy! My company said that the p/u was rescheduled and they were not informed..."Yeah, right! Look at my face! : |
-> Pros <- When I arrived, the young woman in the security booth was pleasant and funny. The woman that notified me about my dock door, the woman that brought me my ppw after I was loaded, and the security guy in the booth when I exited were very pleasant...hence the 2 stars. Also, overnight parking with no restrooms in their staging area ( u decide plus or minus on this one). READ THE OTHER DRIVERS' COMMENTS IN REGARDS TO THE DIRECTIONS. I FOLLOWED THOSE WITHOUT ANY ISSUES.

appointment was 7pm got here 11:52am i was out 1:40pm. get loaded 6 hours early not a bad place. they young boy at the gate was friendly and polite.just be careful when you get to this town not truck friendly. follow truck sign.

Had a 22:30 appointment to load it is now 11:05 the following day and still not done beenhere 17 hours the absolute worst place in the country to deal with I will never haul another load for them if I could take stars away from them I'd give them -100

Had 4pm appt, arrived an hour before appt time, loaded at 10pm, 6 hours to get loaded,
per shipper "what about it? We were just back up today. "
I can imagine what's gonna happen before holidays at this place.

Also there is only one way in to this facility,
Follow your trucker path until you hit the
