extremely disappointed i purchased a pre made meal of lobster Mac & cheese when i went to warm it up the smell that came from it was overwhelming. Clearly this was rotten and sitting there for many days had i ate it i would of been sick! I called and told them what happened they wouldn't refund me over the phone they wanted me to keep the rotten Mac and Cheese with me until the end of my work shift and literally return it to them my first chance at 6:30pm which i found gross ( i purchased it at 12pm) . so i took the loss of $12. i will never buy a prep meal from them again!

Pretty good prices, not always the best quality particularly for produce.

That being said they have these adorable carts that my daughter loves so we also keep coming back.

Tonight, I traveled to Ames to pick up a grocery order for a customer, but as I was using my Uber app, I realized I needed to do the shopping myself. I come here for groceries every week and while I do think that it's a bit more expensive than other nearby Acmes, the shopping experience is pleasant enough. Last Sunday I had an incredible customer service experience with a cashier named Lily. Thank you Lily for being helpful, pleasant and efficient! I was having trouble with my membership card and you went above and beyond to sort that out.

Nice smaller supermarket with a good selection and some great sales. When I have bought roasts and steaks from them it was always very good and the pork products were excellent.
The Bakery has some exceptionally creative people working there and the ideas that they come of with for Seasonal or Birthday cakes are impressive.
No matter what they do, the staff is more than friendly, even when they are busy. The fresh cut fruit bowls are nice and wonderful floral department when you forget about a Birthday on the way to the office.
