Small, indoor shop with seasonal produce, honey and a few other shelf stable items, and a small selection of local meats. Ice cream stand was new this year (haven't tried it but always seems busy). Prices for produce are higher than other nearby farms, quality is similar, usually better open hours though than other local places. Decent selection of organic local produce which isn't offered many other places.

Delicious ice cream with lots of flavors to choose from and very convenient hours if you’re looking for an after dinner treat. They have sundaes with lots of choices for toppings and shakes as well. The farmstand offers a selection of fruits and vegetables, but not everything is grown on-site.

Great shop with local vegetables, honey and sriracha from around town and CT. There are picnic tables to relax, have your ice cream and take in the ambiance of the farm and goats. When I got there with my family we checked out the shop and talked with Sue who told us about the farm and where they get the food. Overall very nice and welcoming, we will be back soon.

My wife and I used to go there and get vegetables and honey, but now they also serve ice cream! They have every flavor you could name, and what a wonderful local excursion! Off the beaten path on Riverside road, if you want to relax---shorts farm is a place to go for ice cream!

The ice cream they use is very good but not at the same level as ferris or holy cow. It was nice that it was a short line serving size was generous. Hopefully in time they start making their own I imagine they would do it very well.
