Great selection of, beef, pork, Emu, duck, chicken and lamb. Probably the best eggs I've ever had. I recently bought fresh chicken and it was delicious. Great people. Farm opened to the public Saturday 9am

Love Penfield Farm! Their farm fresh eggs and meats are top notch, along with everything else we've purchased here including their own maple syrup and local CT honey. Victoria is so knowledgeable and very accommodating if you have to make special arrangements for pick up during the week. Support this fresh local farm and you will love it too.

You will not find better locally-raised and butchered pork & lamb. Also have fresh whole chickens and beef. Owners personally runs everything. The lamb and pork is SO good, it will be totally different texture and flavor from what you've ever gotten from a grocery store. Prices are excellent for the time and effort you are paying for.

To get there, turn onto Ames Hollow Rd, then look for a gate on the right. Drive right through and park by the barn. As of writing this, Sue is usually open 9-3PM Saturdays. She'll have signs out if she's open.

Local grass fed meat is such a healthy alternative to factory farmed. Penfield farm has a fabulous stock and an extremely nice and helpful woman doing the sales. During covid she delivers the menu to your car then takes your order when you are ready and puts it into your window or trunk. Pay the same way. The meat is beyond deliscious. I highly recommend this farm.

Incredible selection of different meats. Emu, ostrich, beef, pork, chicken, alpaca. They are only open 9-3 on Saturday so get there early. Their bacon is worth fighting wars over and their steaks are on par with any from Kansas City. Don't pass up shopping here, it's worth the trip. Bring cash or check, no cards.
