Nice grounds and views of the surrounding area. There are small gardens and a small, unofficial bike park. The surrounding fields have a couple well-maintained trails to run, walk, or bike; beware, however, that the area can have overwhelming smells (manure?) during certain times of year.

Looking South, North and East is stunning, just don't look West, though, on this property. There are numerous trees that are dead and they are so ugly. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth when leaving the parking lot. I would recommend using extreme caution when walking in this area, as these dead trees are over the sidewalk and pose an extreme hazard. The City of Broomfield says that they have tried working with the families of this property to take down the dead trees. In my opinion, it appears that these families don't want to cooperate. If the City and County are in a joint effort to help keep this property looking nice, then a joint effort to clean out the dead trees should be considered. Please, REMOVE DEAD TREES!

Relocated and refurbished old farm house and porch with gardens and old irrigation pond now bike dirt track. Good for small group meetings, picnics, kids on bicycles, garden lovers. Overlooks field grass open space and mid-modern part of town. Good to include on loop walk/run/ride through The Field and nearby Library and Rec Center. Could use more formal bike track and a porch swing.

We hope you enjoy Brunner Farm House. My family donated to all of Broomfield to Enjoy. The house is used for non profit groups and the open space is available to all of Broomfield to Enjoy.
