Employees are always super nice & helpful. The store is always clean and has has a pleasant vibe! We should be catering to our seniors and handicapped; not turning them away. I am so upset right now I can't even see straight. I just watched the clerk turn a elderly handicapped gentleman away because he had dropped his case of beer twice. I picked the case up for him and helped him to the counter to witness the clerk only turn his service away. I looked this man straight in his eyes and could tell he was not intoxicated in any way. He struggled to move about with his walker let alone with a item in his hand. I have been a long time customer here and this completely disgusted me. I know the day to day struggle at this mart is tiresome as they deal with thieves and junkies but this poor man did not deserve to be treated this way. Regardless of whatever I may not know; I see nothing but a example of how society treats our elderly and it makes me truly sad. I will now minimize my interactions with this store as I see it only as a business and not a local family store.

I've been in this convenience store many times. I travel to a job near mile 11 from Hatcher Pass. I've always found the cashiers to be very nice and helpful. Today it was a woman named Rita. It was the first time I've seen her and she was very kind. My only complaint was your Odwalla juices ( which aren't cheap anywhere) were outdated by 4 days 🙁 I wanted that carrot juice soo bad. Over all experience was very good!
