Meat lovers, rejoice and bask in the beauty that this small shop graces us with every day! May our summers continue with proteins fit to conquer the hordes of endless vegans!

Seriously, the place is small, but hardy. Got you classic cooled meats right up front and a few freezers full of prepped frozen meat goods, and even several racks for delicious berry pies. The center of the store has a bunch of small business sauce and rub companies, even local.

The meat got taken home and made some amazing smoke beef tips, glazed in BBQ. Top quality meat.

Bought 1 lb of chicken wings for $6.99 (pretty pricey), came home and opened them. I was blasted by the smell of fish. I prepped them anyways thinking maybe I could salvage it, but nope, these things were fish-chicken.

Would hard pass buying any quality meats from them, unless of course it’s fish. I bet their fish tastes pretty good.

The best! I always go to Wally’s at the holidays for Christmas dinner meats. They have fantastic cuts, great customer service, cut to order, and lots of premade goodies to go along with it. Definitely a must visit for any meat need! Skip the grocery store! You won’t regret it!

Came in for a bone in ribeye for my husband's birthday and I really don't know much about steaks, the guy took the time to show me my options and what the difference in cuts were. I felt heard, and not rushed. Truly a great experience and the best steak We have ever cooked at home. My husband was very pleased and even said "damn that's a beautiful steak" when he opened it up! I wish I had a picture but it was devoured before I had the chance!!

Best butcher shop in the area for sure, and one of the best in the front range. High quality meats, I recommend the bison ribeyes. Also great frozen meats (lots of in house made sausages) and steak sauces.

We ordered cheese curds that we usually get at the farmers market, and you can pick them up here.
They have tons of wild game meet Bison, elk , goose and duck.
First time there - really enjoyed it.

Wasn’t sure about this spot as I am chronic reader of low reviews lol- this place is amazing. Employees are super friendly and helpful. The meat I got was AMAZING best
Prime rib we’ve ever had. It even smells amazing. It’s just amazing lol. Also their beef jerky is soooooo good.
Highly highly recommend.
