I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at Mi Pueblo Market. Every time I shop here, it feels like the staff couldn’t care less about the customers. They’re rude, unhelpful, and seem annoyed whenever you ask a question. On my most recent visit, I was blatantly ignored at the checkout while the cashier chatted with a coworker. When I finally got their attention, they acted as if I was inconveniencing them.

This is not how a community market should treat people. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but it’s clear that good service is not a priority here. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Awful customer service.
I went today to try their tamales from their food service a green and red. They couldn’t tell what kind they had there and they asure me it was a green and red. Both were cheese and jalapeño, they were not good at all. Didn’t even had the rajas in just cheese. Like what? Also didn’t taste grate at all.

Nonetheless, if a food inspector was to walk there they would mention all the food violations they were committed. No gloves what so ever to handle ready to eat foods and also they had fake nails and nail polish handling the ready to eat foods, that’s a big no anywhere.

The kitchen they have very bad service. They are so mad and rude people. And the food was old had been here before and food was good but today i had terrible service and food was awful 😖

This is a carniceria, tortilleria and panaderia. Right next to a paletwria and a couple barber shops. Huge selection of fresh fruits and veggies. Lots of Latin foods can be found here. There is also like a pharmacy, a mini clothing store and a restaurant inside. Outside there was a person cooking pollo al carbon which one pays inside then goes and gets it.

Good store, great variety of Hispanic goods, food served at deli is also great. Overall pretty complete and good prices on most all products (of course here you may compromise a little, price over quality). Great if you want a snack place too if you don't want to do it yourself (chilindrinas, fresas con crema, fruta en chile, etc.).

Wow, where do I even start? If you’re planning a visit to this Hispanic supermarket, be prepared for a parking lot that's a bit of a mess. It's packed with Venezuelan panhandling migrants, which makes parking a rather uncomfortable experience, and be prepared: They may break into your vehicle.

Inside the store, things do improve somewhat. The selection of Hispanic goods is impressive and diverse, featuring everything from authentic spices to imported delicacies. The store itself is well-stocked and offers a range of products that cater to genuine Hispanic tastes.

The ambiance inside is lively, and the staff is friendly, which helps counterbalance the chaotic experience of the parking lot. The store’s layout is straightforward, making it relatively easy to navigate once you get past the external hassle.

In summary, while the supermarket offers a solid selection of Hispanic products and a pleasant shopping environment, the parking lot situation leaves much to be desired. If you can overlook the discomfort of the parking lot, the store’s offerings may well be worth the visit.
