People there friendly. Took about 4 hrs to get docked. One dock. Less than hour to load. But, as he rushed to load, a few of the skids' corner punctured the product, noticeable at the receiver. Overnight parking, yes.

Went there to Pick Up a Load got there 07:30 am they Started Loading trailer at exactly 04:00 pm and finished at 04:45 pm
Took 9 Hours to get out there. Will never come back to this place

I've made 3 Pilsners with Proximity malt, all 3 were excellent! I just got back from a day trip, at Proximity in Monte Vista. Besides being able to buy malt for my home brewing there. I got a personal tour of the whole facility. The tour was excellent and everyone there was super friendly!
If you are buying for home brew, it's 55lb sacks only and bring cash.

I originally wrote a bad review that I take back. I was bothered all day by the broker and was under the assumption it was the company. I rushed over because of how the broker kept hassling me to get there before 3. I was on another load I reassured and then ended up waiting awhile. The boys that loaded me were awesome. They apologized for the wait which was not their fault. They were about off work and never complained or had bad attitudes. They deserve a raise because honestly we see so many burnt out people in this industry it’s pathetic. They ultimately made the difference and I will definitely be back it’s a great place because of them. Only complaint is that figuring out what to do or where to go is a little confusing. Now that I got the first one here out of the way …anytime. Once I got docked I was loaded under 45 mins.
